Weekly Coached and Facilitated (Non-Coached) Training Sessions: ORR offers a wide variety of weekly sessions: some sessions are fully-coached, whereas other sessions are facilitated (non-coached) for athletes to come together to train. Sessions are subject to change based on race schedules, weather, and a number of other factors. Please email your coach or check our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information. ALL of our coached and facilitated sessions are free to currently coached athletes, athletes currently on a semi-custom training plan, or in a group program. ORR athletes are welcome to bring a guest to a session. More details can be found on the Calendar.
ORR Tri-Specific Swims– Monday Swims resume on January 7th, 2013 [Coached Session]
Swim practice is mostly freestyle and includes tips on how to swim in open water.
Swimmers of all abilities welcome! Free for OutRival Racing coached athletes. $6 per session. First session is free. Contact us to register.

Location: Woodlands 9th Grade Campus: 10010 Branch Crossing Drive, Woodlands, Texas, 77382
Warmup starts at 6:30 PM. Drills and Striders done as a group at 6:45PM.

ORR No-Drop Ride Fridays @ 9:00AM [Coached Session]
ORR “no-drop” ride for those cyclists who want a safe and supported ride. The session is coached by Coach Sasja Loftin, Coach Michelle LeBlanc and/or Coach Karen Maldonado. Route is 30-40 miles, determined at the start. All levels welcome, including beginners! Please bring equipment to change a tire, a cell phone, and nutrition. Ride will continue through the end of end of the 2013 School year (until Memorial Day).
ORR Facilitated Bike Rides (Saturday @ 7:30am) [Non-Coached Session]
- The weekly ride is facilitated, but is not supported or sagged. This is not a coached ride and is an unsupported ride.
- Please be self-sufficient (bring tire-changing equipment, cell phone -fully charged-, nutrition, etc).
- Wheels roll at 7:30 am sharp from Bear Branch Junior High School, 31310 FM 2978 Rd Magnolia, TX 77354 (we meet near the bus-lot)
- This ride is open to ORR-coached athletes and guests.
- Please obey all traffic laws!

ORR Facilitated Long Runs (Sunday @ 7am) [Non-Coached Session]
Runs start from various locations around the Woodlands on Sunday’s at 7am (see below for schedule). Routes will be described at the start of the run as well. Adjust the route based on your training plans. This is not a coached run, but rather a facilitated training session; please be prepared to be self-sufficient. Stick around for coffee or breakfast after the run!
First Sunday of the Month: Run meets at Hubbel and Hudson on Research Forest (7.4 Mile Loop)
Second Sunday of the Month: Run meets at Starbucks at Woodlands Parkway and Kukendahl (7.6 mile Flintridge Loop)
Third Sunday of the Month: Run meets at Hubbel and Hudson on Research Forest (7.4 Mile Loop)
Fourth Sunday of the Month: Run meets at Lukes’ Locker in Market Street (8.9 Mile IMTX Loop)
Fifth Sunday of the Month: Run meets at Starbucks at Woodlands Parkway and Kukendahl (Route includes trail running at George Mitchell Preserve off Flintridge)
